Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for rapidly identifying coffee adulteration based on Fourier transform near infrared spectroscopy. The method comprises the following steps: collecting the spectrum ofa sample, establishing a standard product (material spectrum) spectrum database, collecting the spectra of adulterated materials, establishing an adulterated material spectrum database, and performing first derivation and smoothing preprocessing on the collected spectral data; calculating the preprocessed spectrum by using an Adulterant Screen algorithm, and establishing an adulteration identification model; and identifying whether the coffee sample is adulterated or not by using the adulteration identification model.
