Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a protecting device for detonating shock waves of tunnel excavation and an operating method and belongs to the field of tunnel excavation construction. The protecting device ismounted on an arch ring of a tunnel hole for protecting shock waves and slungshots generated by tunnel excavation. The protecting device structurally comprises a plurality of rubber plates, a steel plate, a bolt, a guard rail, a sand bag and the like. Each rubber plate is vertically mounted between the arch top of the arch ring and the ground, and the upper part of the rubber plate is fixed to the arch ring while the lower part is compressed by the sand bag; the adjacent rubber plates are partially overlaid, so that an elastic protecting structure which shields the excavated section of the tunnel and shields shock waves and slungshots generated by excavation and detonation in the tunnel in full section is formed.
