Heat-storage anti-freezing device used for indirect air cooling system

The invention discloses a heat-storage anti-freezing device used for an indirect air cooling system. The indirect air cooling system comprises an indirect air cooling tower, a circulating pump and a condenser used for cooling waste steam of a steam turbine. Air cooling tower sector water distribution pipes are separately arranged in all sectors of the indirect air cooling tower. The anti-freezingdevice comprises a heat storage tank, a heat release pump, a connecting pipeline and a valve, wherein the heat storage tank communicates with the condenser through the connecting pipeline, and the heat storage valve is arranged on the connecting pipeline. One end of the heat release pump communicates with the heat storage tank through a connecting pipeline. The other end of the heat release pump communicates with the air cooling tower sector water distribution pipes through a plurality of connecting pipelines, and heat release pipeline sector water distribution valves are arranged on the multiple connecting pipelines
