The off-peak electricity energy-storage combined energy supply station coupling the seawater source heat pump and the gas-fired boiler comprises a seawater taking and returning system, the water source heat pump unit, the condensing type gas-fired boiler, an energy-releasing heat exchanger and an energy-storage water tank. The seawater taking and returning system comprises a seawater plate heat exchanger, a grid water taking pond and a seawater pump; and the water source heat pump unit is connected with the seawater plate heat exchanger.
