Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a heat treatment process for avoiding formation of DO3(Fe3Al) in Fe-Mn-Al-C steel, and belongs to the field of special steel heat treatment processing. The steel is heated to 1473K-1573K after hot rolling, the steel is subjected to oil cooling to the room temperature after being kept warm for 10min-1h, the steel is heated to 1173K-1373K, temperature selection avoids the formation of carbide, a ferrite austenite biphasic structure is obtained, water cooling is carried out after being kept warm for 30min-2h, and the heat treatment process as an attached map.
