Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a honey-fried licorice root processing technology, comprising the following steps of cutting licorice roots into slices, washing the slices in deionized water, and drying the slices to obtain pre-treated licorice root slices for later use; placing honey and an appropriate amount of water in a steamer, and steaming to obtain steamed honey for later use; uniformly mixing thepre-treated licorice root slices with the steamed honey, and steaming and moistening in a water bath kettle; after steaming and moistening, frying the obtained licorice root slices in a fry pan for 2to 4 minutes, then placing the licorice root slices in a drying oven to dry; performing cooling and sieving, and the honey-fried licorice root is obtained.
