Zusammenfassung: | Provided is an angiogenesis inhibitor effective in the prevention of angiogenesis that becomes the cause of disease, the angiogenesis inhibitor is produced by, for instance, performing sterile filtration, disinfection, and concentration of a product in which biological decoration was carried out in a water-soluble polysaccharide extract, by: adding a water-soluble polysaccharide extract which is obtained by extracting bran with hot water, filtering the insoluble matter, and treating the filtrate with glucoamylase to decompose the starch, and an enzyme compound obtained from the precipitate resulting from adding ammonium sulfate to a culture filtrate obtained by culture of the basidiomycetes Lentinula edodes; and reacting the foregoing mixture for 30 to 60 minutes at a pH of 4.5, and then further reacting the foregoing mixture for 30 to 60 minutes at a pH of 6.0.
