Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a process for polyester-cotton fabric separation and microcrystalline cellulose preparation. With the process provided by the invention, polyester-cotton fabrics undergo the processes of pretreatment, acid hydrolysis, washing and drying of obtained polyester, standing of a residual solution, washing and centrifuging of precipitates, vacuum filtering, and drying, wherein theprocess of acid hydrolysis adopts a hydrolysis process with hydrochloric acid with a mass percentage concentration of 10% at 95 DEG C to prepare microcrystalline cellulose and recycle an unhydrolyzedpolyester component, so high-purity microcrystalline cellulose is obtained by high-value utilization of waste polyester-cotton fabrics in daily life; meanwhile, the high-purity microcrystalline cellulose is obtained, and polyester fabrics are completely recovered.
