The invention discloses a supplier recommendation method, which comprises the following steps that: receiving a personnel demand which is released by the user of a sector of demand in an outsourcing management system through a client side, wherein the personnel demand comprises a plurality of suppliers appointed by the user; according to the plurality of suppliers appointed by the user, reading the historical data of the plurality of suppliers from a supplier database, and according to the historical data and a pre-determined scoring rule, carrying out scoring on the plurality of suppliers; and according to a scoring result, sorting the plurality of suppliers, and displaying the sorting result to the user through a client side display interface.
