The reference voltage driver comprises an amplifier, a master output stage and a slave output stage, wherein the master output stage and the slave output stage are connected with the amplifier. The master output stage comprises a first output unit, a current source and a detection unit, wherein the detection unit is used for copying the voltage and the current of the master output stage to the slave output stage. The slave output stage comprises a second output unit and a load, wherein the current sinking capacity of the load is higher than that of the current source. The reference voltage driver is provided with a master-slave structure, by adding the detection unit to the master output stage, the voltage and the current on the master output stage is copied to the slave output stage so that no current source can be used as the load on the slave output stage, and the load with the current sinking capacity higher than that of the current source is adopted.
