Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a simple and efficient visual biosensing signal amplification method. The method comprises the following steps: binding a catalytic nano-material physically-embedded functionalized compound probe to the surface of a solid phase platform through a specific molecular recognition reaction by using a target analyte in a sample solution; changing the environmental factors of thesurface of the solid phase platform to release the catalytic nano-material from the functionalized compound probe into the solution; adding a weakly acidic 2-(N-morpholino)ethanesulfonic acid solution and a chloroauric acid solution to the obtained mixed solution to rapidly generate a red nano-gold solution, wherein the formation time of the red nano-gold solution is inversely proportional to theanalyte concentration; and performing signal reading by using a battery-powdered cheap and small timer to realize the low-cost portable quantitative detection of the analyte.
