The device comprises a first magnetic sensor, a second magnetic sensor and a magnetic signal processing unit, whereinthe first magnetic sensor is positioned in the running direction of the steel wire rope; the first magnetic sensor and the steel wire rope are in a non-contact state; the first magnetic sensor detects the magnetic signal of the steel wire rope in real time; the second magnetic sensor is positioned in the running direction of the steel wire rope; the second magnetic sensor and the steel wire ropeare in a non-contact state; and the magnetic signal processing unit is connected with the first magnetic sensor and the second magnetic sensor through communication cables, and receives and analyzes magnetic signals which are transmitted by the first magnetic sensor and the second magnetic sensor.
