The double-duct water turbine power generation system comprises an inner duct, and a water turbine power generation unit isarranged in the inner duct; an outer duct is arranged on the outer side of the inner duct in a sleeving manner; and a common diffuser is arranged on the water outlet sides of the inner duct and the outer duct.
