The pipe gallery is composed of a plurality of prefabricated pipe gallery sections which are connected in sequence, theevery two adjacent prefabricated pipe gallery sections are connected through a bell and spigot, a sealing device is arranged in a splicing seam composed of a bell mouth and a spigot, the sealing device comprises an inner-layer waterproof layer and an outer-layer waterproof layer, wherein the inner-layer waterproof layer and the outer-layer waterproof layer are arranged on the inner side and the outer side in the splicing seam correspondingly, a grouting chamber is formed between the inner-layer waterproof layer and the outer-layer waterproof layer, and an elastic polyurethane sealing groutingmaterial is poured into the grouting chamber.
