Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a preparation method of chitosan immobilized zymohexase with high acetaldehyde tolerance. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) dissolving a certain amount of chitosan in an acetic acid solution to form a colloidal solution, and dropwise adding the colloidal solution in a coagulating agent (1 mol/L of NaOH) to form spherical particles; and 2) immobilizingpurified and desalted 2-deoxy-d-ribosyl-5-phosphate aldolase and a chitosan carrier prepared in step 1) in water bath at the room temperature. The chitosan immobilized zymohexase serves as a catalystto catalyze 2-deoxy-D-ribosyl-5-phosphoric acid to obtain 3-phosphoglyceraldehyde and acetaldehyde, tolerance to the substrate acetaldehyde is improved remarkably, and meanwhile, the recycling operation to enzyme is simplified.
