Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a far infrared anion carbon composite board and a making process thereof. The composite board is composed of, by weight, 0.5-95% of mica powder of 10-6000 meshes, 5-91% of carbon powder of 10-200 meshes, 15-90% of resin, 0.1-10% of dispersant, 1-50% of zeolite powder, 0.1-20% of foamer and 0.1-20% of regulator. The composite board has the advantages that physical performances include that hardness, density, bending strength and resistance to high and low temperature can be adjusted through material formulation and temperature, and the composite board can stand pressurehigher than above 80% when compared with common boards, is wear-resistant and has certain buffering capacity; chemical performances include that the composite board is free of bad and harmful substances and has far infrared emissivity up to higher than 80%, and negative oxygen ion release amount is higher than 1000 per cc.
