Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses application of IFNA4 and IFNA10 genes in the Crohn's disease, and relates to a method for treating the Crohn's disease with interferon. A drug and/or biological agent for preventing, relieving and/or treating the Crohn's disease comprises IFNA4 and IFNA10 activators. Susceptible genes IFNA4 and IFNA10 of a Chinese patient with the Crohn's disease are found through a whole-genome exon high-throughput sequencing technology. The susceptible genes IFNA4 and IFNA10 of the Chinese patient with the Crohn's disease are found. The IFNA4 and IFNA10 genes have the effects of inhibiting development of the Crohn's disease based on IFNA4 and IFNA10, so that a target is provided for developing the drug for the Crohn's disease. The IFNA4 and IFNA10 activators can be used for drugsfor preventing, relieving and/or treating the Crohn's disease.
