Zusammenfassung: | The present invention provides a method for producing seafood seasoning juice by using aquatic by-products. The method comprises the following steps: raw material pre-treating, atmospheric pressure cooking, filtering and separating, concentrating, blending, homogenizing and packaging. Compared with the prior art, beneficial effects are as follows: based on the traditional soup manufacturing technology, fish bones, fish heads, shrimp heads, shrimp shells and other aquatic by-products are used as raw materials; a targeted enzymatic hydrolysis technology is used and atmospheric pressure extraction and acid hydrolysis technology is combined to produce the seafood seasoning juice; the seafood by-products are used to develop the seafood seasoning juice rich in amino acids, polypeptides, nucleotides and other nutrients; and the method can improve comprehensive utilization level of the aquatic products, can increase economic benefits, and can also effectively reduce environmental pollution.
