The formula proportioning of the product is as follows: 100 parts of the duck meat, 8-10 parts of a fourleaf ladybell root seasoning, 1-3 parts of cooking wine, 1-3 parts of honey, 5-8 parts of zanthoxylum oil, 2-5 parts of carrageenan, 0.1-0.3 part of sodium D-isoascorbate, 0.1-0.3 part of beta-cyclodextrine and 5-8 parts of water.
