Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses an opening-closing type water controlling screen pipe which comprises a water controlling assembly and a water inlet assembly. The water controlling assembly comprises a watercontrolling center pipe and an outer sleeve arranged on the water controlling center pipe in a sleeving mode; one end of the outer sleeve is connected with the water controlling center pipe; and a first annular flow channel is formed between the outer sleeve and the water controlling center pipe. One end of the water inlet assembly is detachably connected with the outer sleeve in a sealed mode andused for leading liquid from an oil layer into the first annular flow channel of the water controlling assembly.
