Zusammenfassung:	The invention discloses a recycling device and recycling method of waste acid of pickling. The recycling device comprises a waste acid settling pond, a first acid tank, a freezing crystallization kettle, a filter tank and a second acid tank. The waste acid settling pond is used for collecting the waste acid solutions generated during pickling steel with sulfuric acid. The first acid tank is used for containing concentrated sulfuric acid. The outlet end of the waste acid settling pond and the outlet end of the first acid tank are connected with the inlet end of the freezing crystallization kettle respectively. The freezing crystallization kettle is connected with a cooling mechanism. The cooling mechanism is used for realizing cooling on the freezing crystallization kettle. The outlet end of the freezing crystallization kettle is connected with the inlet end of the filter tank.
