Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an infrared heating test device. An infrared coating is arranged at the bottom of a heater; a heat-insulating device is arranged on the heater; the heater is arranged on acrossbeam of a test bench; a power adjusting device is connected with the heater; a plurality of temperature sensors are arranged on the surface of an asphalt sample at different depths; the temperature sensors and the power adjusting device are connected with an upper computer; the upper computer adjusts and controls output power of the heater through the power adjusting device and is used for acquiring data of the temperature sensors. The infrared heating test device regeneratively heats the asphalt sample under different constant heating powers so as to obtain infrared wavelength of highest heating efficiency. 本发明公开了种红外加热测试装置,红外涂层设置在加热器的底部,隔热装置设置在加热器上,加热器设置在试验台的横梁上,功率调节装置与加热器连接,多个温度传感器设置在沥青试样的表面及不同深度位置,温度传感器和功率调节装置分别与上位机连接,上位机通过功率调节装置调节控制加热器的输出功率,并用于采集温度传感器的数据。该测试装置采用不同的恒定加热功率对沥青试样进行再生加热,得到加热效率最高的红外波长。
