The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: raw material pre-processing, gluing processing,curing processing, sizing processing, polishing processing, bend-forming processing, and surface coating processing. The invention further discloses the ultrathin flexible stone composite board manufactured by the before-mentioned manufacturing method. The stone composite board is formed by a flexible base layer formed by a flexible base plate, a bonding layer formed by an adhesive, a natural stone layer formed by a natural stone, and a plain protective coating layer formed by a plain coating from inside to outside.
