Through being metered in parts by mass, the graphite/thermosetting resin conductive composite material for the grounding grid is prepared from the following ingredients of 100 parts of graphite, 10to 100 parts of thermosetting resin, 1 to 10 parts of curing agents, 0 to 3 layers of carbon fiber cloth and 0 to 10 parts of conductive filling materials.
