The posture and safety monitoring system for the two lifting hooks of the metallurgic crane comprises a host computer, a slave computer A, a slave computer B and a slave computer C. The host computer is mounted on a cab. The slave computer A and the slave computer B are fixed tothe two lifting hooks and used for acquiring and solving the posture information of the lifting hook A and the lifting hook B. The slave computer C is fixed to a proper position of a balance beam andcan detect strain changes of four balance beam lifting lugs. The host computer can figure out the matching relation between the two lifting hooks and steel ladle lug shaft pieces through an algorithmaccording to information fed back from the slave computer A and the slave computer C and can detect the real-time posture in the hoisting process of a steel ladle and the strain information of the balance beam lifting lugs.
