Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an image processing method and an image processing system for automatically measuring the head circumference length of a fetus from an ultrasonic image. The implementation process comprises the following steps: inputting the ultrasonic image to be processed, acquiring conventional shooting parameters of the ultrasonic image, carrying out image border enhancement so that theedge of the skull and the edge of the brain midline are clear, and fitting the edge of the skull of the fetus, so that the head circumference length is obtained. According to the method and the system, the automatic processing for the head circumference of the fetus is realized, compared with subjective measurement, the method and the system have the advantage that the accuracy and stability areobviously improved. 本发明公开了种从超声图像中自动测量胎儿头围长度的图像处理方法及处理系统,实现过程为:输入待处理的超声图像,获取超声图像常规拍摄参数,图像边缘增强使颅骨边缘及脑中线边缘清晰化,以及胎儿颅骨边缘拟合,得到头围的长度。本发明实现了胎儿头围的自动化处理,相较于主观测量,其精确性和稳定性有了明显的提高。
