Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a preparation method of low-antigenicity fermented soybean meal used for feeds. The preparation method of the low-antigenicity fermented soybean meal used for feeds comprises the following steps: step (1), preparing fermented bacterium liquid; step (2), uniformly mixing the fermented bacterium liquid obtained in the step (1) with soybean meal, phytase, xylanase, acidic protease, glucose and warm water so as to obtain a material of which the water content is 35-50%; step (3), fermenting the material obtained in the step (2) at 28-35 DEG C for 60-96 hours so as to obtainwet fermented soybean meal; and step (4), drying and crushing the wet fermented soybean meal obtained in the step (3) by using a low-temperature agitating fluid-bed, and carrying out cooling so as toobtain a final product of active fermented soybean meal with low antigen protein activity.
