The invention discloses a method for a terminal to connect a Bluetooth device, and the method comprises the following steps: more than two terminals build and keep a Bluetooth low energy (Ble) connection with the Bluetooth device; when at least one of the more than two terminals detects an operation which triggers own state to change, the at least one terminal sends a notice message to the Bluetooth device; at least one of the more than two terminals receives a connection state report sent by the Bluetooth device, and according to the received connection state report, sends a connection request to the Bluetooth device on the basis of keeping the Ble connection so as to build a Bluetooth communication connection, wherein the connection request refers to that at least one of the more than two terminals is going to build a conventional Bluetooth communication connection with the Bluetooth device.
