The image processing method comprises the steps of acquiring a to-be-processed image which comprises a figure image; acquiring position information of double eyes in the figure image; determining a target area which comprises the upper half body of the figure image according to the positioninformation of the double eyes; extracting the target area from the image, and obtaining a target image.
