QUICK DISSOLVING DIPHENHYDRAMINE ORAL DOSAGE FORM

An oral dosage form to deliver diphenhydramine through the sublingual or buccal mucosa. The oral dosage form can contain diphenhydramine, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a permeabilityenhancer, and a buffering agent. The buffering agent can achieve a pH of about 7.0 to about 8.0.
