An interleaved parallel LLC circuit comprises an a plurality of interleaved parallel LLC branchesconfigured to detect current difference or voltage difference of each LLC branch to obtain error factors e; according to the error factors e, the duty cycle D of each LLC branch is subjected to negative feedback regulation to change the gain of each LLC branch so as to achieve current-sharing regulation of the interleaved parallel LLC circuit.
