The microgel solid electrolyte membrane comprises a 3D tunnel, high-conductivity polymer molecules arranged on the 3D tunnel, lithium salt adsorbed on the high-conductivity polymer molecules, and electrolyte; a volume ratio of the electrolyte to the high-conductivity polymer molecules is (1 to 20) to 100.
