The manufacturing process comprises the following specific steps that NIL treatment is firstly carried out on the surface of a metal plate, and the metal surface of the metal plate is covered with an NIL layer; when the metal plate is in a flatplate state, the position of the bent portion is calculated out in advance, and then thick portion removal treatment is carried out on the bent portion through CNC machining; the plate thickness of the bent portion of the metal plate obtained after CNC machining is reduced; then a stamping die is adopted for bending treatment, the treated metal plate is put on a lower die of the die, and the right upper corner of the lower die of the die abuts against the thick portion removed portion of the bent portion; and an upper die of the die is pressed down, and stamping treatment of the R angle of the bent portion is complet |
