One or more stagesof antenna element groups 20, starting from the top in the vertical direction, comprise a first antenna element group 21 in which, among the antenna elements 2 constituting the antenna element group20, the antenna elements 2 of even-numbered columns are arranged at a position shifted toward either the top side or bottom side in a vertical direction from the antenna elements 2 of odd-numbered columns.
