Zusammenfassung: | According to the present invention, an input system unit (20) synchronizes with an output system unit on the basis of a trigger signal input from outside at a synchronization cycle. The input system unit (20) is provided with a function process unit (52) that executes a function process on the basis of the trigger signal at a control cycle shorter than the synchronization cycle and that generatesa process result by repeatedly executing the function process during one synchronization cycle and a shared memory (57) that collects and outputs the process results of the function process unit (52)on the basis of the trigger signal.
