Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to an electromagnetic actuator (10) for a valve mechanism, in particular in a common rail system of a motor vehicle, comprising an armature tappet (22) for actuating a valve element (110) located in a channel (100), and comprising a pole core (28), the armature tappet (22) being movable axially along a central axis (X) of the actuator (10) when an excitation coil (52) of an excitation system (50) is energized.
