The purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a vehicle air-conditioning device that can effectively deliver ions to the interior of a vehicle cabin. A vehicle air-conditioning device accordingto the present invention includes: an air-conditioner case (11, 110) that has an air-flow path formed therein, through which the air directed to the interior of the vehicle cabin flow, and that has blowing openings (18, 19) at the top, through which the air directed to the interior of the vehicle cabin passes; heat exchangers (13, 14) that are disposed inside the air-conditioner case, below the blowing openings, and that make the air directed to the interior of the vehicle cabin exchange heat with a heat-exchange medium; and an ion generator (40) that has an electrode for generating ions and that is attached to the air-conditioner case such that the electrode is in contact with the air flowing through the air-flow path.
