METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR PRODUCING COMPOSITE STRIPS OR COMPOSITE SHEETS

The invention relates to a method for producing composite strips or sheets consisting of at least one first metal covering layer (1), a second metal covering layer (2), and at least one plastic core layer (3) arranged between the covering layers (1, 2) and bonded thereto, according to which a first metal strip (4) for the first covering layer (1), a second metal strip (5) for the second covering layer (2), and a plastic web (6) for the core layer (3) are assembled and continuously bonded to each other by the application of pressure and/or heat to form a composite strip, the first metal strip (4) and the second metal strip (5) being heated before the assembly and/or during the assembly, an actual transverse curvature of the composite strip being measured after the assembly and connection ofthe metal strips (4, 5), and the tempering of the first metal strip (4) and/or the second metal strip (5) being carried out before the assembly and/or during the assembly according to the actual transverse curvature.
