Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to radiation-proof thermal-insulation glass and a preparation method thereof, belongs to the technical field of radiation-proof glass, and aims to solve the dispersion and adhesion problem, in a polycarbonate glass surface, of indium tin oxide particles. The radiation-proof thermal-insulation glass is prepared from, by weight, 80-92 parts of polycarbonate particles, 30-40 parts of indium tin oxide, 5-9 parts of octadecyltrimethoxysilane, 5-9 parts of trimethoxyoctylsilane, 10-14 parts of dibutyl sebacate and 50-60 parts of a solvent. According to the radiation-proof thermal-insulation glass, the ability of the indium tin oxide particles adhering to the polycarbonate glass surface is relatively strong, and transparency of the radiation-proof thermal-insulation glass isrelatively high; and moreover, ability of blocking an infrared-light region and an ultraviolet-light region in a solar spectrum is straightened, so that the functions of insulating heat and preventing radiation are achieved. |
