Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an angle logarithm folding groove waveguide slow-wave structure and relates to the field of electronic vacuum high-power devices and components. The structure includes two metal cover plates which are in vertical mirror symmetry with each other; the metal cover plates are connected with each other through brazing, and each metal cover plate includes a metal cavity, a cathode emitter arranged on the metal cavity, a groove waveguide etched in the metal cavity, an angular-directional electromagnetic wave channel groove etched in the groove waveguide and end openings formedin both ends of the groove waveguide; the gaps between the upper portion and lower portion of each groove waveguide form radial electron injection channels, and angle logarithm groove waveguides which have high frequency bands and can substantially reduce voltage are adopted as the groove waveguides.
