Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to the technical field of irradiation processing, in particular to an irradiation processing device. The irradiation processing device comprises an accelerator; the accelerator makes charged particles accelerated and emits a charged particle beam; a switch magnet assembly, a scanning magnet assembly and a deflection magnet assembly are arranged on the transmitting path of thecharged particle beam in sequence; the switch magnet assembly is used for dividing the charged particle beam into two electron beams; the scanning magnet assembly is used for scanning the electron beams separately; the deflection magnet assembly is used for deflecting the scanned electron beams separately to make the electron beams irradiate an irradiated object with perpendicular angles. By means of the irradiation processing device, by dividing the charged particle beam emitted by the accelerator into two beams, then through the effect of the scanning magnet assembly and the deflection magnet assembly, the electron
