Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to an optical module automation testing system and method based on a manipulator. The system comprises a six-axis manipulator, a jump line end surface cleaning mechanism, an optical module testing platform and an optical module fixing mechanism which are controlled by using a PLC control unit, wherein both the optical module fixing mechanism and the jump line end surface cleaning mechanism are arranged within a working area range of the six-axis manipulator; the six-axis manipulator is used for clamping an optical module and a clamping part for fixing a jump line; the clamping part is detachably connected with the optical module fixing mechanism. According to the manipulator, automation testing on the optical module can be achieved, operators only need to place modules to be tested and recycle tested modules, so that the labor can be saved, and the operation difficulty of the operators can be reduced.
