Technique for adding steel flow guide sand

The invention provides a technique for adding steel flow guide sand. The technique comprises the following steps of: clearing a liquid gap hole of a steel ladle liquid feeding gap; horizontally inserting a flow guide component into a steel ladle liquid discharging gap; adding the flow guide sand into the steel ladle by utilizing the flow guide component; thus, putting the flow guide sand into theflow guide component in advance, subsequently horizontally inserting the flow guide component into the steel ladle liquid discharging gap, and pushing the flow guide component to a sliding plate at the steel ladle liquid feeding gap by utilizing an external tool, wherein the flow guide sand inside the flow guide component flows out after the steel ladle stands up and flows into the liquid gap holeand is fully charged into the liquid feeding gap, thus the use amount of the flow guide sand is saved, time is saved, and the flow guide sand is prevented from generating lots of dust, so environmental pollution is prevented.
