Cold and hot therapy appliance

The invention discloses a cold and hot therapy appliance. The physical therapy appliance comprises upper and lower layers and a middle layer, wherein the middle layer is separated from the upper and lower layers by virtue of isolated layers; a liquid area and a solid area are formed in the middle layer; the liquid area and the solid area are separated by an isolated layer; therapeutic needles andmedical gel bases are arranged on the isolated layers of the upper and lower layers. The cold and hot therapy appliance disclosed by the invention can be used for freeze preservation storage and transportation as well as medical cold compress or hot compress, such as eyes or human acupuncture points or other affected parts. The medical gel bases can be increased on two sides or on a single side ofthe physical therapy appliance, and drugs are added into the medical gel bases, so that different functions and physical therapy effects can be realized; the therapeutic needles are embedded into themedical gel bases and can
