The prefabricated assembly type building system comprises at least one building unit, wherein the building unit comprises prefabricated walls and a prefabricated floor slab; the prefabricated walls are connected with the prefabricated floor slab through bolts; two adjacent prefabricated walls are connected with each other through bolts; and the prefabricated walls are cast and molded by concrete. The invention also provides a construction process of the prefabricated assembly type building system.
