Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an in-situ preparation method of a prism-shaped nickel sulfide array thin film material. The method comprises the following main steps: firstly, cleaning a metal nickel matrixto remove dust, rust and oil to obtain a clean nickel surface; secondly, preparing an alkaline electrolyte solution from a main raw material such as a metal alkali compound and an auxiliary raw material such as an alkali metal sulfide; thirdly, putting the electrolyte solution into a reaction kettle, soaking the clean nickel matrix into the electrolyte solution, and placing the reaction kettle into a muffle furnace for hydrothermal reaction at 120 to 250 DEG C for 10 to 50 hours, so as to perform sulfuration in-situ growth reaction on the metal nickel surface; finally, taking out the hydrothermally treated nickel matrix, and cleaning and drying the matrix to obtain the prism-shaped nickel sulfide array thin film material.
