Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a preparation process of a high toughness magnesium alloy and belongs to the field of metal materials. The process specifically comprises the following steps: (1) preheating amold to 100-400 DEG C; (2) pouring magnesium alloy melt into the preheated mold to condense the magnesium alloy, specifically, in the integral process, a rotary magnetic field can be applied at the same time, and the magnetic field strength is 0.5-5T; (3) insulating the condensed magnesium alloy at 390-420 DEG C for 6-48 h for solution treatment; and (4) quenching the magnesium alloy after solution treatment to obtain the high toughness magnesium alloy.
