The invention provides a double-body type lifeboat. The double-body type lifeboat comprises a main boat body, a single boat body, a connecting bridge, a deck, a connecting piece and a rescuing device,wherein one end of the connecting bridge is hinged to the main boat body while the other end of the connecting bridge is fixedly connected with the single boat body; a driving device is fixedly mounted on the deck; the connecting piece is connected with the driving device and the rescuing device; and an opening of which the shape corresponds to the rescuing device is formed in the deck. The double-body type lifeboat further comprises an air supply system and an air guide tube, wherein the air guide tube is connected with the air supply system, the air guide tube communicates with the rescuingdevice, and the air supply system inflates the rescuing device through the air guide tube.
