The adjusting-type screen cylinder comprises a presser body; a fixed plate is welded to the inner wall of the presser body; a plurality of first screen holes are formed in the top of the fixed plate; a rotating plate is arranged in the presser body, and an annular groove is formed in the inner wall of the presser body; the outer side of the rotating plate is fixedly sleeved with a first gear, and the first gear is located in the annular groove; a plurality of second screen holes are formed in the top of the rotating plate, and the multiple second screen holes and the multiple first screen holes are formed in a one-to-one staggered mode; a first rotating groove and a second rotating groove are formed in theinner wall of the top and the inner wall of the bottom of the annular groove correspondingly; and a same rotating shaft is rotatably mounted in the first rotating groove and the second rotating groove, and the outer side of t
