The production method comprises the following steps: weaving polyester fibers in a crossed mode to form three-dimensionalwoven cloth, performing tension control and draw-forming on the three-dimensional woven cloth with a drawing ratio of 2.5 KG/CM; coating a curing layer on the draw-formed three-dimensional woven cloth; and performing plate-pressing on a casting type polyurethane elastomer on the curing layer, and cooling and hardening.
